What Is the CJC-1295 (No DAC) + Ipamorelin Blend?
This product pairs two growth-hormone-axis research peptides in one co-lyophilized vial at a 1:1 mass ratio. It is available in two sizes: 5 mg of each peptide (10 mg total) or 10 mg of each (20 mg total).
CJC-1295 without DAC, also called modified GRF (1-29), is a 29-amino-acid analog of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). Four amino-acid substitutions make it more resistant to enzymatic cleavage than native GRF (1-29). "No DAC" means the peptide lacks the drug affinity complex, the albumin-binding group found on the DAC version, so its activity window in research models is short and pulse-like. It acts at the GHRH receptor on pituitary somatotrophs.
Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide and a selective agonist of the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a). It is valued in endocrine research because it stimulates the growth-hormone axis with little effect on ACTH or cortisol in published animal work. Since the two peptides act through different receptors, the blend is used to study GHRH and secretagogue signaling together and to model pulsatile secretion.

Reconstitution & Storage for Research
In a 1:1 blend each peptide is at the same mass concentration, and the total is double that figure. Check the vial size first, because the same diluent volume produces different results in the two sizes.
Concentration math
- Adding 2 mL of diluent to the 5 mg / 5 mg vial gives 2.5 mg/mL of each peptide (5 mg/mL total).
- Adding 1 mL of diluent to the 5 mg / 5 mg vial gives 5 mg/mL of each peptide (10 mg/mL total).
- Adding 2 mL of diluent to the 10 mg / 10 mg vial gives 5 mg/mL of each peptide (10 mg/mL total).
Equal mass does not mean equal molarity: ipamorelin is a much smaller molecule than CJC-1295, so a 1:1 blend by mass contains several times more ipamorelin molecules. If your assay is designed in molar terms, convert using the molar mass of each peptide. The calculator covers the mg/mL step. Dissolve the cake by adding diluent against the vial wall and swirling gently.
Storage conditions
Refrigerate sealed vials at 2–8 °C and freeze at −20 °C for long-term storage, protected from heat, moisture and light. Keep reconstituted solution cold and aliquot it; short GHRH analogs lose integrity with repeated temperature cycling. Further guidance is in CJC-1295 + ipamorelin reconstitution and storage.
Quality & Testing
Both vial sizes are produced to the same specification. Each batch is analyzed by HPLC, must meet ≥98% purity, and is documented with a lot-specific certificate of analysis.
- HPLC purity for the batch
- Identity and sequence confirmation
- Lot number and test date
- Supplied form and storage statement
Certificates are posted on the COA page. For the analytical background, see CJC-1295 + ipamorelin purity testing.
