2. Age requirement

3. No medical, veterinary, or consumer use

4. Orders and payment

5. Shipping
We ship via USPS (Ground or Priority, selected at checkout). Processing time is 1-2 business days before an order ships.
6. All sales final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
7. Product documentation
Where a Certificate of Analysis or other batch documentation is provided, it reflects testing performed on that specific production lot at the time of testing. Documentation is provided to support your own receiving and research recordkeeping — it is not a warranty of fitness for any particular research application.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, V8 Peptides is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, handling, or use of any product sold on this site, including any use inconsistent with the research-use-only restriction in Section 1.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Manatee County, Florida.
