Carrier
All orders ship via USPS, nationwide within the United States. Choose USPS Ground ($7.50, 3–5 business days) or USPS Priority ($11.50, 1–3 business days) at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed and ship within 1-2 business days of payment.
Packaging
Orders ship in discreet, unmarked packaging with no product branding visible on the exterior.
Tracking
A tracking number is provided once your order ships, along with email updates as your package moves.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only, from Florida. We do not ship internationally, and orders to addresses outside the US cannot be fulfilled.
Delivery estimates
Once an order ships, USPS Ground typically arrives in 3-5 business days and USPS Priority in 1-3 business days. Delivery times are carrier estimates and can vary during holidays and weather events.
Payment before shipping
Orders ship after payment is confirmed. Pay by card through a secure Stripe invoice emailed to you, by Zelle, or with crypto at checkout. Orders that remain unpaid are cancelled automatically.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking has not updated for several days or a package appears lost, email us with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
